wheee. i love geog! its amazing n fascinating. really n we got a cool lecturer thats not really boring :) he puts nice colourful pictures in his slides too. i likeeeee. did i mention that geog rocks? it feels like im back to my secondary sch days when i studied physical geog like crazy n still loved it :) im a arts person deep inside. probably. but ive loved bio since like forever too. mayb im schizo. oh noo. hahahahas. aniwae. homework is piling up. readings are piling SKY HIGH. esp since i have all the textbooks i need now. managed to get my european hist text!! for $20!! a REAL bargain that sends a thrill of delight up n down my spine when i think of it. okae maybe not so serious. but dude. the new text in the co-op costs $66!! i got a 2nd hand one PLUS notes all for 20bucks. wheeeee. dont really know why im so happy. since i have ALOT of homework to do. and its not the weekend yet. have microbiology lab tmr fr 2-6 and its expected to end late! arghhhhh. then comes lab report! arrhhhhgghghghhg. i dont want to start tutorials!
aniwae. we had our 'FIRST' zion@nus or sinus or zion@nuuuuus meeting yst evening! it was really great to meet erica n gayle finally. and having a really glorious time of worship. yayyy. :) we spent like 3 hours cooped up together in erica's room in the AMAZING prince georges park residence. seriously. it was the FIRST time i ventured so far to one end of nus. like BEYOND the arts fac. whoa. and the sight that greeted me when joe ale n i got off the shuttle.....all i can say..it took my breath away. it looks better than my HOUSE! this is not fair. and plus...like i told the 2 of them..even if u dont get to stay next to a cute angmoh guy, ur chances of bumping into 1 at pgp are like SUPER high. as compared to the sci fac la. :( just kidding anyway :) aniwae 3 cheers to zion@nus!!! hopefully we get to meet soon! *hint hint joe! and the rest who didnt get to join us this time will b able to join us the next time :))
something great i read for QT todae..reassurance really. these past weeks ive gone from horrified at the weather. shocked by the floods. sickened by the suffering. and ive been praying for good weather so that the pple can get their lives back to normal again. and like the faithful Father that He is. He answered my prayers and im sure the prayers of many others too :) not only has the weather been nice n warm this past week, the floodwaters are receding and many pple have been able to go back to their homes :) n i believe even though their homes are wet n messed up..there's no place like home :)
